Menu Plan Monday




Another new "oven free" Menu Plan Monday  this week.  Boy am I lucky that we are coming into salad season!


Monday: Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Lamb, Broccoli, Chilli and Mint Stir Fry
Wednesday: Vietnames Rice Paper Rolls
Thursday: Roasted Pumpkin and Broccoli with Pearl Barley Risotto
Friday: Chickpea Tagine with Figs
Saturday: To Be Decided
Sunday: Haloumi with Lentil Salad
